Who are we?
White Sparkle is a thriving window cleaning business in High Wycombe, founded by Victor in 2011. We've grown to a team of 7 full-timers, serving nearly 1600 regular customers.
Who are we looking for?
We need an enthusiastic team to promote our business door-to-door. This method has been our best advertising since 2011, but with our busy schedules, we need someone dedicated to this role for our future growth.
What's the job?
Your job would be to offer our services door to door. We typically work in 2.5-hour shifts with breaks in between. For part-timers, a single 2.5-hour shift is common.
What do you say at the door?
No hard selling required—it's all about numbers! Here's a simple script:

"Hey, I’m from White Sparkle window cleaning. Do you have a window cleaner?"

"Yes, I do" or "No, thank you."

"No worries, have a great day!"

If they don't have one:

"Would you like a quote for window cleaning?"

"Yes, please" or "No, thank you."

What's the hardest part?
It's a numbers game. 90% already have a window cleaner, so expect lots of "No, thank yous." Persistence pays off—average is 1.5 new customers per hour.
How much can you earn?
You earn £10 per hour + commissions for jobs booked. Weekly earnings will depend on time and effort put in.
You can expect to book minimum 1 job per hour with an average 1.5 jobs per hour.
Why can we pay so well?
We book only regular jobs. Once a customer signs up, they usually stick with us for years.
How about training?
Training will consist of mixture of video training and in person training. Once you are ready, you will be buddied up with some one experienced to help you get going.
